I. Project Background

Therefore, it is required that the monitoring system can monitor and control the whole Expressway in an all-round and multi-functional way, so that the operation managers can understand and control the operating conditions of Expressway in real time and in an all-round way so as to achieve timely operation. Publish highway traffic information to the public, etc.
II. Solutions
The special monitoring system for expressway can be divided into three parts: front-end part, transmission part and center part. Among them, the front-end part completes image generation and processing; the transmission part completes image information and control information transmission; the central part completes information reception, invocation, management and so on.
2.1 Front End Part
The camera part is the front part of the monitoring system and the "eye" of the whole system. It is arranged in a certain position of the monitored site, so that its perspective can cover the whole monitored parts. The camera part is the original signal source of the system, so the quality of the camera part and the image signal generated by it will affect the quality of the whole system. It is very important to carefully select and configure the camera part.

2.2 Transmission Section
In order to ensure the bandwidth requirement for image transmission and real-time storage of network cameras, the special network transmission system for long-distance optical fiber transmission should be adopted in network video monitoring system. The transmission architecture is the "neural network" of the network monitoring system, which guarantees the stability of the system. At the same time, its expansibility should also meet the expansion of the system in the next few years.
In addition, considering that there are remote users and users of higher management units to browse or operate remotely, the relevant configuration of network exit and export security is designed. It is suggested that after the outreach needs are determined, the unified access and exit should use routers to realize network interconnection and set up firewalls to ensure network security.
All cameras use two power supply modes: one is the conventional power supply of 220V AC, the other is the solar power supply of 24V DC, while the camera network wiring is also wiring. For the integrated high-speed pan-tilt camera, the maximum power is not more than 30W, and the power supply line is RVVP3*2.0.
2.3 Central Part
The central part is the application center of the system, including the system control part, storage part and display part.
2.3.1 Control Section
The control part is the "heart" and "brain" of the whole system. It is the command center to realize the function of the system. Generally, there are general control center and sub-control center.
The team monitoring center is the control center with the highest authority. It controls all the sub-control centers and front-end cameras. In the monitoring center, the image of any monitoring point can be switched to achieve the command and dispatch function.
The monitoring sub-center directly controls the image information of each monitoring point and can access the monitoring image of other videos.
According to the actual needs, the monitoring center configures the digital video matrix, which can dispatch and switch any image to the TV wall.
Each monitoring center has different requirements for the control part, so we must equip the control part of each monitoring center according to different situations.
